6,500 euros per publication: animals “earn” much more than people

Nepotism related to celebrities is no longer just linked to babies. Animals are a hit on the internet.

Nepotism is a favoritism that someone has for being a relative of the “original” person in a given process.

This designation is normally used to describe a case in the world of work. But here the context is different: social media and I don’t work, animals and not people.

The channel highlights the case of Nepo Pets celebrity animals who also became famous.

They became famous…and became considerable sources of performance.

A Slingo study shows the numbers – and money – related to Instagram accounts, specifically sponsored posts of celebrity pets.

VIPs (Very Important Pets) receive much more than many people.

Os dogs are clearly highlighted in the list of animals that earn the most money for each publication. In the top-10, eight are dogs.

The animal that earns the most per publication is Foe, the dog of Megan Thee Stallion: 6,508 euros per publication.

No second place arises Maverick, the dog of Nina Dobrev who “receives” 4.680 euros per publication.

Com 3.880 euros per publication, in third place appear the Kylie Jenner’s dogs Norman and Bambi.

Only Paris Hilton (with multiple pets) and Miley Cyrus (and his cat) prevent dogs from taking over the top 10 most “expensive” pets on Instagram.
