the former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) broke the silence and turned the artillery towards an old opponent: the minister Alexandre de Moraesof the Federal Supreme Court (STF).
Bolsonaro was indicted for the crimes of violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup d’état and criminal organization.
Also indicted were generals Augusto Heleno, former minister of the Institutional Security Office (GSI); and Walter Braga Netto, former Minister of the Civil House and Defense and candidate for Vice President of the Republic in the 2022 elections.

Among the 37 indicted are also federal deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ), former head of the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin) in the Bolsonaro government, and Valdemar Costa Neto, national president of PL, the party of the former president of the Republic .
The PF’s final report has more than 800 pages. The document was finalized on Thursday afternoon (21) and forwarded to the STF.
Minister Alexandre de Moraes, from the Supreme Court, must share the report with the Attorney General’s Office (PGR). It will be up to the PGR, Paulo Gonet, to decide whether or not to present a complaint against those being investigated.

“Minister Alexandre de Moraes conducts the entire investigation, adjusts statements, arrests without charges, carries out evidentiary fishing and has very creative advice. He does everything that the law doesn’t say,” said Bolsonaro, in an interview with journalist Paulo Cappelli, from Metropolises.
“We have to see what is in this PF indictment. I’ll wait for the lawyer. This, obviously, goes to the Attorney General’s Office. It is in the PGR that the fight begins. I can’t expect anything from a team that uses its creativity to denounce me”, added the former president.

Jair Bolsonaro’s defense has been stating that the former president “never supported any movement that aimed to deconstruct the Democratic Rule of Law or the institutions that pave it”.
