The São Paulo Civil Police used a bomb-sniffing dog to reinforce security at an event with authorities this Thursday (21). Among those present will be the president of the Federal Supreme Court, Luís Roberto Barroso.
According to an investigation by the CNN at the event location, which takes place in a convention center in the west of the capital, the action is not police practice and happened specifically because of the presence of a member of the STF. In addition to Barroso, the president of the Chamber, Arthur Lira, and Tarcísio de Freitas, governor of São Paulo, will be present.
