Morten Hjulmand, Sporting’s captain, continues to surprise with his quick adaptation to Portugal and the Portuguese language. In a new episode of the series “Um Dia Com”, released on YouTube by Sporting, the Dane showed his daily life, from breakfast to training, always with a good mood and in good Portuguese.
The midfielder revealed that he starts the day with “two well-cooked eggs, tea, orange juice and a coffee”, before heading to the gym. The video highlights fun moments, including an interaction with Paulinho, the charismatic equipment technician, who Hjulmand asked if he could speak Danish.
In addition to football, Hjulmand showed a more personal side, sharing details about life with his girlfriend in Margem Sul, with trips to Costa da Caparica. He was also captured taking a Portuguese lesson, showing impressive progress in the language after just one year in Portugal.
