This Wednesday (20/11), Bragantino and São Paulo drew 1-1, in the 34th round of the Brazilian Championship. The game was played at the Nabi Abi Chedid Stadium, in Bragança Paulista (SP). Eduardo Sasha scored the goal for Massa Bruta, while Lucas scored for Tricolor.
With the draw, Bragantino remains in the relegation zone, in 18th place, with 37 points. São Paulo is in sixth place, with 58 points.
The Bragança team returns to the field on Sunday (11/24), to face Internacional, away from home, at 4pm (Brasília time). Tricolor Paulista will play on Saturday (23), against Atlético-MG, at Morumbis, at 9:30 pm.

How was Bragantino x São Paulo
The match started with Bragantino pressing. At 11, Lincoln took a free kick from the intermediary, Eduardo Santos appeared at the second post and headed it wide. Two minutes later, Vinicinho made a good move through the middle and passed it to John John at the edge of the area. He hit a cross and Rafael made the save.
Massa Bruta’s volume of play was great and it didn’t take long to open the scoring. At 15, Sabino lost the ball on the left flank. John John made a good move on the right, went to the baseline and crossed into the small area. Sasha appeared free to push for the goal. Bragantino almost expanded five minutes later, when Juninho Capixaba hit the crossbar from outside the area.
From then on, São Paulo found themselves in the match, started to face more danger and it didn’t take long to draw. At 24, Lucas went after Juninho Capixaba, pedaled and made a mistake. However, Capixaba hesitated, Lucas regained possession in Cleiton’s face and touched it between the goalkeeper’s legs. Excited, Tricolor had a good chance soon after. Ferreirinha passed two markers, hit a cross, but the ball deflected off the defense and left the area.
The game remained open until halftime. At 41, Alan Franco played to the middle of the São Paulo area and delivered the ball to Sasha’s feet, alone. The attacker was unable to dominate. The last dangerous move was from Bragantino. At 44, Lincoln was called into the middle, between São Paulo’s defenders, and went for the goal. He hit the cross, but out.

The second half started with both teams going on the attack. Massa Bruta reached five. John John received the ball in the area, dominated it with his chest and played it into the middle. Sasha arrived a second late and finished wide, with the goal open. São Paulo responded to seven. Ferreirinha received the ball in the area, pulled it into the middle and saved it for Cleiton.
After this more agitated start to the game, the match became tepid, with both teams having difficulty creating plays. The next dangerous arrival was from Bragantino. At 32, Capixaba reached the baseline and crossed low. Mosquera was caught in the area.
Massa Bruta continued to attack. At 39, Capixaba received it from Gustavinho, invaded the area and hit with a trivela, crossed. Rafael sent the ball wide and Mosquera headed the rebound wide. The last chance was for São Paulo. At 50, Erick took a free kick in the area and Ruan headed it out.
