We must bear in mind that this material touches our hair and face – so we can transfer, for example, conditioner or oil that we applied to our hair before sleeping to it. Remains of face cream may also remain on the pillowcase. In such a situation, you need to change these textiles much more often.
Moreover, people with oily skin, prone to drooling, or acne should also change their pillowcase more often to avoid transferring germs and impurities from the material to their face. Then it is worth changing pillowcases every 2-3 days.
