According to the Brazilian newspaper, the director of the WHO had already shown the first signs of feeling unwell on Monday, on the sidelines of the G20 summit, which required initial medical attention from the team working at the event. Tedros had, at the time, high blood pressure values, having been properly medicated and returned to his duties as soon as the numbers stabilized.
