“All its characteristics: speed, height are those of an intercontinental ballistic missile. Expert opinion is ongoing,” Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video posted on the Telegram app, as his type is not known for sure.
“It is obvious that Putin is using Ukraine as a testing ground,” the Ukrainian president continued, adding: “He is so afraid that he is already using new missiles.”

Kiev’s air force said earlier that Russia had fired an intercontinental ballistic missile during its attack on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, which may mark the first use in war of a weapon designed to deliver long-range nuclear strikes.
