Why is it difficult to remove stickers from glass?
Stickers on glass are quite common. They are most often found on new cups or plates (they contain the most important information about the product for the user). They can also be seen on glass, mirrors and other glass surfaces. They are also widely found in children’s rooms. The stickers may vary, but each of them can be a problem to remove. In most cases, they cannot be completely removed, as they leave paper residue and unsightly glue marks.
The effectiveness of removing stickers from glass is affected by several factors, such as the type of adhesive, the time since application and the material of the sticker. Most often we are dealing with standard paper stickers, which are not very durable and are prone to moisture. However, this does not mean that peeling them off is easy. It is important not to dry scratch the stickers.
