The Federal Revenue opens this Friday (22) the consultation of the residual batch of the Personal Income Tax refund for the month of November 2024. The system will be available from 10 am.

Payment of the 221,597 refunds will be made on November 29, in the total amount of R$558,822,664.11.

Of this total, R$ 306,889,921.43 will be allocated to taxpayers who have legal priority:

  • 4,802 refunds for seniors over 80 years old;
  • 34,287 refunds for taxpayers between 60 and 79 years old;
  • 3,570 refunds for taxpayers with any physical or mental disability or serious illness;
  • 8,898 refunds for taxpayers whose biggest source of income is teaching.

According to the Federal Revenue, another 88,246 refunds will be allocated to taxpayers who do not have legal priority, but who received priority because they used the Pre-Filled Declaration or chose to receive the refund via Pix.

A total of 73,151 refunds were also included for non-priority taxpayers.

8,643 refunds will still be paid to taxpayers prioritized due to the state of calamity declared in Rio Grande do Sul due to the damage caused by the rains in April and May.

How to consult

The query can be made through or through the My Income Tax app available for tablets and smartphones.

There it is possible to make a simplified or complete consultation of the status of the declaration.

If the amount is not redeemed within a year, the taxpayer must request it through the e-CAC Portal, available on the Federal Revenue website, accessing the menu “declarations and statements”, “my Income Tax” and selecting the option “request a refund not redeemed in the banking network”.
