You wonder how to prepare salt? This can be done in several ways, suitable for baking, frying or cooking. It is a delicate fish that does not need many additives to taste great. One of the healthiest and tastiest options is salt baked in the oven. Just sprinkle the cleaned fillets with lemon juice, a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. It is also worth adding your favorite herbs, choose what you like, rosemary, green parsley, or dill. Place lemon slices on top. Bake in the oven in an ovenproof dish preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

You can also prepare fried salt from the pan. Just sprinkle the washed and dried fillets with salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with lemon juice. Coat them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in clarified butter until brown and crispy.

If you have picky eaters at home who find it difficult to convince them to eat fish, you can serve it to them fish cutlets. Just mix the ground salt with an egg, a bread roll soaked in milk, chopped parsley, a clove of garlic pressed through a press, salt and pepper. Then form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them until golden brown.

Salt is sometimes confused with lime – a fish from the flounder family, which, despite its lower price, has much less nutritional value, its meat is of lower quality and is not as tasty as sole.
