The railway crossing in Bratislava’s Vajnor on the Bratislava – Senec – Galanta line remains impassable due to damage to the catenary line. Traffic is expected for motor vehicles as well as rail traffic on Friday evening. The SR Police reported about it on the social network.

Traffic was stopped on Thursday (November 21) after 4:00 p.m. As Michal Szeiff, spokesman for the Regional Directorate of the Police in Bratislava, informed, the overhead line was damaged by the truck driver. He also urged drivers to use an alternative route.

The spokesman of the Slovak Railway Company (ZSSK) Dominik Drewický informed that the carrier is trying to solve the situation by diverting routes and alternative bus transport.
