Recipient of a meeting at Palácio da Alvorada on November 14th, the Minister of Justice, was out of the country at the time of the meeting. He was participating in a meeting in Uruguay on combating organized crime with Mercosur countries.

In her request for information addressed to Lewandowski, the senator wants to know if there was any discussion at the meeting about the investigation against former president Jair Bolsonaro for plotting an alleged coup. The senator also asks why the Minister of Justice did not participate in the meeting.
In the days following the meeting, there was an action that arrested five people accused of trying to kill Lula, Moraes and vice-president Geraldo Alckmin, in addition to the PF indicting 37 people who were believed to be involved in the plot.
People linked to the government say that the meeting was related to the attack committed by a Bolsonarist against the STF building that same night.
