Former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro (PL) posted a photo with former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in which she declared herself to her husband after the indictment by the Federal Police (PF) in the country.

Indictment
In addition to Bolsonaro, 36 other people were indicted in the case. The PF’s final report points to the former president as a group, which organized a plan to keep him as head of the Executive after being defeated at the polls by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).

According to the PF, the group – formed mostly by soldiers from the Army’s Special Forces (FE), the so-called “black kids” – aimed at a coup d’état to prevent the elected government from taking office in 2022.
Those investigated would have planned the deaths for December 15, 2022. The PF also reported that Moraes was continuously monitored.
The organization also envisaged the establishment of an “Institutional Crisis Management Office” to deal with the consequences of the actions.
