The Unified National Competition (CNU), known as the “Enem of competitions”, will have an extra cost of R$4.7 million — a value that represents around 3.5% of the total cost of the competition. The information was released this Thursday (21) by Alexandre Retamal, logistics coordinator at CNU.
According to Retamal, it is not yet possible to predict whether there will be an increase in the competition’s cutoff scores. The individual scores of candidates who have already had their tests corrected will remain unchanged. In these cases, it will only be necessary to wait for the final result, now scheduled to be released on February 11th.
Candidates already qualified continue to participate normally in the selection process.
The postponement of the final result occurred after an agreement between the Union, the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) and the Cesgranrio Foundation, in compliance with a court decision that determined the cancellation of the elimination of candidates who made errors when filling out the card identification form of response.
In addition, there will be correction of tests for more black candidates, according to the criteria in the notice, and specific changes for the position of technical analyst of social policies.
Next steps
After the final results are announced, the next stage of the competition will be to call for those approved to take office and carry out training courses. Anyone who initially does not have enough marks to pass the immediate vacancies in the national competition will be able to join the bank of approved candidates on the waiting list for future calls.
The tests were administered on August 18, in 228 cities in all states of the federation, after three months of postponement due to the rains that hit Rio Grande do Sul, in the months of April and May.
According to the MGI, abstention in the two rounds of tests was 54.12%, which corresponded to 970,037 people present in the application in two rounds of tests, in August.
