Ingredients needed
Before starting the actual preparation of Ferrero strudel, prepare all the necessary ingredients. To prepare the dough, you will need 350 g plain flour, 150 g plain yogurt, 190 g Hera, 1 egg yolk and 1 pinch of salt.
For the filling, you will use 1 package of puff pastry, 3 medium-sized apples, 4 large spoons of ground hazelnuts, 100 g of high-quality dark chocolate or Ferrero Rocher candies, 2 spoons of cane sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 egg for brushing the dough and powdered sugar for sprinkling . Preparation of the filling
First, wash the apples carefully, peel them, cut out the cores, cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Then add ground nuts, grated dark chocolate or crumbled Ferrero Rocher candies, cane sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly so that all the ingredients are properly combined.
Preparing the dough
Pour sifted flour into a bowl, add yoghurt, Hera cut into smaller pieces, egg yolk and a pinch of salt and process into a compact, smooth dough. Then put it in a microwave bag and let it cool down for a while in the fridge.
