The American president-elect, Donald Trumpconfirmed this Friday that the billionaire Scott Bessent, investor and fund manager, is his choice to occupy the position of Secretary of the Treasury of his future Government.
“Scott is widely respected as one of the world’s leading international investors and geopolitical and economic strategists”said the Republican in a statement published a few minutes after the press announced the appointment.
