Finely chopped, colorful and very simple, that’s what it is Prince’s Salad. With delicious, slightly spicy cream sauce with mustard and horseradish tastes delicious. It’s perfect for a house party, a family gathering, and if there are any leftovers, you can eat it, for example, for dinner. You can serve it with fresh bread or wrap it in slices of ham, creating a tasty appetizer.
Below you will find the basic one recipe for Prince’s Salad. However, there is nothing stopping you from diversifying it with other ingredients you have in the fridge. For example, you can add red pepper, green cucumber, boiled eggs or dried tomatoes. It will also taste delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of canned corn,
- 200 g of yellow cheese,
- 200 g of diced canned ham,
- 1 per,
- a bunch of radishes.
Sos:
- 2 teaspoons of grated horseradish,
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
- 2 teaspoons of mustard,
- 3 tablespoons of cream 18%,
- half a teaspoon of sugar,

Cut the yellow cheese into small cubes or grate it. Also cut the canned ham into cubes. Wash the leek, cut lengthwise and chop finely. Wash the radishes, clean them and cut them into small cubes. Place everything in a bowl and mix. Drain the corn from the brine and add it to the remaining ingredients.
In a bowl, mix horseradish, lemon juice, mustard, cream and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly to obtain a smooth sauce. Add it to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve after cooling in the refrigerator.
