When you have a lot of guests coming over, the best option is to prepare spreads for them. Their production is quick and easy. Then all you have to do is spread them on bread or a sliced baguette, and you’re done. Quick celery spread
First, take 250 grams of celery, wash it thoroughly with warm water and grate it on a fine grater. Next, do the same with 2 carrots and 2 sterilized cucumbers. Then finely chop 2 onions. Next, finely grate 250 grams of edam cheese and 100 grams of quality soft salami. You should grate all the ingredients into one large bowl.
Now add 100 grams of tartar sauce and 100 grams of mayonnaise to your vegetable-cheese-meat mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. Once mixed, take a clean spoon and gradually add full-fat mustard, salt and possibly pepper to the spread to taste. Once the spread tastes the way you imagined, let it rest in the fridge for a while.
The fastest spread
Your spread is ready. So where to with her? You have quite a few options. The first is that you put it on bread or a sliced baguette. Then put pieces of chopped vegetables on top, or at least some green edible leaf to make the spread look nice.
