White cabbage, carrot and apple salad is a truly tasty addition to meat dishes and a healthy snack. Each ingredient is a treasure trove of vitamins, and additionally – cabbage is a natural probioticwhich takes care of detoxification of the body and cleansing the intestines of residual residues.
It adds a distinct and unique flavor to the salad pickled garlic. The creamy sauce based on cream and mayonnaise with a hint of lemon refreshment perfectly complements the taste. Prepare just a few ingredients and enjoy a healthy and delicious delicacy.
Ingredients:
- 500 g white cabbage,
- large carrot,
- apple,
- half a jar of pickled garlic.
Sos:
- 2 tablespoons of cream 18%,
- a spoon of mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- a teaspoon of powdered sugar,
- salt and pepper to taste.
How to do it:
Finely chop the cabbage and place it in a large bowl. Peel the carrot and grate it on a large grater. Peel the apple, remove the core and grate it on a large grater. Drain the marinated garlic from the brine and cut into thin slices.
In a small bowl, combine the cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly until a uniform sauce is created.
Add the prepared sauce to the bowl with cabbage, carrot, apple and garlic. Mix everything thoroughly so that the sauce evenly covers all the ingredients. Before serving, set aside in the fridge covered for about 20 minutes.
