The singer’s son Cristiano Araújo (1986-2015), Bernardo Araújo11, opened for the first time this Sunday (24) a box with the father’s belongings, nine years after the countryman’s death.
The boy was two years old when he died in a car accident, and now he has received permission from his mother Elisa Leite, who saved some special objects.
“The day my mother, Elisa Leite, let me open the boxes with my father’s things”, wrote Bernardo.
Elisa also showed the packed belongings and explained that she saved them to show her son when he was older.
“After nine years, I let Be open the boxes with his father’s things, which I kept so he could have them as souvenirs when he was older,” he said.
Among the special objects were a t-shirt that the singer wore on Bernardo’s second birthday and a letter to the boy’s mother.
“Letter that my father wrote to me and him on Mother’s Day to my mother”, revealed Bernardo.
In a post on his Instagram, Bernardo appeared wearing the special t-shirt saved by Elisa. “What a joy to be wearing the same shirt my dad wore 9 years ago on my 2nd birthday,” he wrote.
Singer Cristiano Araújo died at the age of 29, returning from a show in Itumbiara, in the south of Goiás. In addition to him, his girlfriend, Allana Moraes, aged 19, succumbed to her injuries.
In addition to Bernardo, the result of the singer’s relationship with Elisa Leite, he also left behind his heir João Gabriel, 15, from his relationship with Luana Rodrigues.
