15 minutes: ceasefire in preparation in Lebanon but attacks continue

It comes as an Israeli airstrike hit residential buildings in the suburbs of Beirut. In Ukraine, Russia admits to having fired the largest number of drones in a single night. It would have been almost 190, at a time when Russian troops are rapidly advancing on Ukrainian territory.
