Vienna – The ORF fee subsidiary has reported that “well over three million inquiries” have been processed since January 1, 2024 – the beginning of the transformation from GIS to OBS (ORF Contribution Service). “That is an enormous sum that the OBS has raised in this short period of time. We are very proud of that,” wrote the OBS when asked by STANDARD whether it wanted to respond to the criticism from the Upper Austrian Chamber of Labor (AK).
