There is nothing worse than pet hair on your clothes. Many people try to remove lint using professional lint removers, brushes or double-sided tapes. Unfortunately, they often seem to be in vain. Therefore, it is worth trying home remedies, which, as usual, do not disappoint.
We can get rid of animal hair on clothes by washing them using hair rollers. This is not about curlers or thermolocks, but specifically about Velcro rollers. Only they are able to remove lint from things. So how to use them correctly?
Standard to start with we put dirty clothes into the drum and add two rollers. Then we set the appropriate program and turn on the washing.
During washing, the lint will stick to the Velcro and will no longer remain on the clothes. This method is completely safe – it will not damage either the fabrics or the washing machine.
A dishwasher or a body sponge also has a similar effect to rollers. We can throw these accessories into the washing machine, but remember that they must be new and never used.
Each of us probably has an effective product for removing hair from clothes in our kitchen. We are talking about vinegar, which not only cleans clothes from lint, but also removes unpleasant odors and detergent residues.. Moreover, a small amount of it restores the vivid color of fabrics and removes them and bacteria. How can we use it?
All you need to do is pour half a glass of vinegar into the detergent container, select the appropriate program and turn on the washing machine.. Let’s not worry about the smell of this product. It will be eliminated by the powder and fabric softener.
Another effective method to remove hair from clothes is to use rubber gloves. To do this, we put them on our hands, soak them in water under the tap and start slowly and evenly dragging them over the dirty clothes. The lint will fall off the glove material immediately.
