A carries out 23 search warrants and one arrest warrant against lawyers, lobbyists, businesspeople, advisors, chiefs of staff and magistrates suspected of involvement in the sale of judicial decisions.

In addition to searches and arrests, the STF authorized the use of ankle bracelets, the removal of employees, the kidnapping, arrest and unavailability of assets and valuables of those being investigated.
The operation, called Sisamnes, aims to “investigate crimes involving criminal organizations, corruption, exploitation of prestige and violation of functional secrecy.”
According to the PF, the targets “requested amounts to benefit parties in legal proceedings, through decisions favorable to their interests.”
The PF also investigates negotiations involving the leak of confidential information, including details of police operations.
The measures are complied with in Mato Grosso, Pernambuco and the Federal District.
The name of the operation refers to an episode in Persian mythology, during the reign of Cambyses II of Persia, which tells the story of the judge Sisamnes. He allegedly accepted a bribe to hand down an unfair sentence.
