A Acre psychologist Amanda Diniz, elected Miss Café Acre 2024participated in the International Coffee Week (SIC), held from November 20th to 22nd at Expominas, in Belo Horizonte (MG). Representing Acre at the event, Amanda, who already holds the titles of Queen of the 46th Expoacre and Queen of Exposena, stood out among big names in the national and international coffee sector.

In interview exclusive to Coluna Douglas Richer, from ContilNet, Amanda shared the experience of participating in one of the largest meetings in the world focused on the coffee production chain. SIC brings together industry professionals for debates, lectures, workshops, tastings and coffee tastings, in addition to offering an environment conducive to the development of new businesses and opportunities to access markets.

“Being at International Coffee Week is a unique opportunity to connect with the most innovative things in the sector. During the three-day event, I participated in lectures, workshops and competitions, in addition to experiencing an exchange of knowledge with industry leaders. SIC is a milestone for those looking to be ahead in the coffee market”said Amanda.

During her participation, Miss Café 2024 experienced a special moment when she received the title of International Coffee Girl 2025, an award granted by the management of the Mulheres do Café Brasil project. Amanda was thrilled to be the first woman from the North of Brazil to win this honor, which celebrates the female role in agribusiness and, in particular, coffee farming.
“I received the title from director William Rosa, responsible for Mulheres do Café Brasil, and I feel extremely honored to be the first woman from the North to achieve this recognition. This award highlights the importance of women in agribusiness and is a reflection of the growth of female participation in coffee farming”, declared the psychologist, excited.

Amanda Diniz took advantage of her participation in SIC as an opportunity to expand her network of contacts and strengthen Acre’s name in the national coffee scene.
