The final report by the Federal Police (PF) on the “coup investigation” indicated a plan to “neutralize” Federal Supreme Court (STF) minister Alexandre de Moraes and arrest other Court ministers.
According to the PF, a document found on a pen-drive seized from military officer Hélio Ferreira Lima mentions several times the need to “neutralize the STF’s capacity to act”, also drawing attention to “the neutralization of the capacity to act” of Moraes.
“The document provides detailed details of the operation plan whose mission would be to ‘reestablish law and order through the resumption of legality and legal security and institutional stability’ and which would aim to prevent a threat scenario, which, ‘in supposed defense of democracy, (would aim) to control the 3 Powers of the country and impose favorable conditions for the appropriation of the public machine in favor of left-wing ideologies or hidden power projects”, highlights the report.
Lima is a lieutenant colonel in the Army and a member of the “black kids”. of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), Vice President Geraldo Alckmin (PSB) and Moraes, who were to be executed on December 15th.

It would be commanded by generals Augusto Heleno and Braga Netto, with the participation of general Mario Fernandes and Filipe Martins, former advisor to ex-president Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
Finally, it would be necessary to “perform security and participate in the coordination and supervision of the new electoral election”.
