The Minister of Planning and Budget, , launches the political experiment in Brasília this Wednesday (27), on the verge of the release of the spending package — postponed successively.
The expectation is that the announcement of the set of cutting measures, prepared in dialogue with the other departments, including Tebet, will be made by Thursday (28).
On Wednesday night, Minister Fernando Haddad (Finance) will make a statement to explain the package, which will affect sectors of the federal government.
The minister’s book “The Flight of Butterflies” was already launched on Monday (25) in São Paulo, and will now have its autograph session in the capital, in Annex 2 of the Federal Building at 6pm. In the work, Tebet targets the female audience won over in the run for President in 2022 and in her move to the Lula government.
A new autograph session will still be held in Rio de Janeiro. An event in Mato Grosso do Sul, his home state, is also in the plans.
In the book, Tebet addresses the machismo he encountered in the Senate and cites his role in Covid’s CPI as an example of the importance of increasing the female presence in public positions. The figure of the butterfly, which gives the work its name, is used as a metaphor in the work for rebirth and metamorphosis.
