23. Fernando Cerimedoan Argentine political consultant who went live spreading false information about electronic voting machines during the 2022 elections.

24. Giancarlo Gomes Rodriguesan Army sub-lieutenant assigned to Abin, worked under the command of Ramagem in actions aimed at creating untrue information related to STF ministers.

25. Guilherme Marques de Almeidaa soldier assigned to the Army’s Land Operations Command (Coter), circumvented a court order blocking false content and made material produced by Fernando Cerimedo available on servers outside the country.

26. Helio Ferreira Limalieutenant colonel of the Army, participated in the preparation of the “Copa 2022” plan, to monitor and arrest Moraes.

27. José Eduardo de Oliveira e Silvapriest from the diocese of Osasco, participated in the drafting of the coup d’état.
