For starters Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Then we throw the fruit into an enameled or steel pot and pour water over it to cover it.

In the next step start cooking the fruit over high heat until it becomes soft. In the meantime, we remove the foam that they will start to produce.

Then strain the juice into a colander and Strain the leftover fruit from the dish using a fine-mesh strainergetting rid of the cuticles. Add this apricot puree to the juice again and cook the whole thing again for about 5 minutes. Pour the apricot drink into previously sterilized jars, close them and pasteurize them.
