Deputy Sergeant Fahur said that the former president and the 36 people indicted by the PF are “all already condemned” by public statements made by ministers
The federal deputy (PSD-PR) said this Thursday (28.Nov.2024) that the former president (PL) and the other 36 indicted by the PF (Federal Police) in the Coup investigation are “all condemned” and that, if I were in his situation, I would be “preparing the suitcase to go to Paraguay or Argentina”.
The speech took place during the session at the CCJ (Constitution and Justice Commission). The deputy from Paraná said that the ministers of the STF (Supreme Federal Court) are “pre-judging” when making public statements about the investigations.
Bolsonaro’s ally also said that the alleged plan to kill the president (PT), his deputy (PSB) and the STF minister, Alexandre de Moraes is a “damn nonsense”.
“We saw these articles about the coup, which is complete nonsense. A plan to kill Joca, Juca and Jeca. What the hell is this? Who wants to kill Alckmin, for God’s sake?”, he declared.
PF OPERATION
The PF (Federal Police) targeted suspects of being part of a criminal organization responsible for planning, according to investigations, a coup d’état to prevent the elected government from taking office in the 2022 elections. On November 21, the agents accused former President Bolsonaro, the former Minister of Defense, General Braga Netto, the former aide-de-camp, Lieutenant Colonel Mauro Cid, and 34 other people for involvement in the case.
According to the corporation, the indictment reflects the existence of sufficient elements to indicate the participation of those mentioned in a plot to prevent the elected president from taking office.
