The discomfort was heightened because digital inclusion actions are part of the axis of the New PAC (Growth Acceleration Program) under the responsibility of the Ministry of Communications, to which Anatel is subordinate.
There was particular irritation with Vinicius Caram, one of the participants in Anatel’s announcement, as his appointment as Anatel’s substitute advisor took place during Juscelino’s administration.
In a note, Anatel states that the representative of the agency’s communications department previously forwarded to the representative of the ministry’s communications department the information that the press conference would be held this Tuesday and also the draft of the release that would be released.
