Prague: Old Town Square in all its glory
The Prague Christmas markets on the Old Town Square are among the largest in Europe and this year they start on Saturday, November 30. It is on this day that the Christmas tree is ceremonially lit, which is usually an unforgettable experience. The markets will last until January 6, 2025 and will offer not only traditional Czech handicrafts, but also tasty mulled wine and typical Christmas treats.
Brno: Christmas in Moravia starts early
The South Moravian metropolis opens its Christmas markets as early as Friday, November 22, on Náměstí Svobody, where you can look forward to a varied selection of stalls and a rich cultural program.
