The PP summons Ribera and Montero’s chief of staff to the ‘Koldo case’ commission
The PP has registered an increase in appearances in the Investigation Commission on the Koldo case that they control in the Senate. The new list includes the vice president of the European Commission, Teresa Ribera, as well as the chief of staff of the vice president María Jesús Montero, Carlos Moreno; to the Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles; to the former minister Dolores Delgado, and to the sister of the Moncloa advisor who supposedly interceded on behalf of Begoña Gómez, Esther Álvarez Rodríguez. The popular ones point against all these names due to the statement of the businessman who is the leader of Koldo case and confessed criminal, Víctor de Aldama, to whom they give absolute credibility.
The popular ones have explained in a statement that they have demanded that Teresa Ribera be summoned because, according to Aldama, she was summoned to a dinner with Pedro Sánchez, and the vice president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, who never occurred. Also, because of her meetings with Begoña Gómez and Aldama for a supposed project on emptied Spain that did not materialize.
Robles’ summons is based on the fact that, according to Aldama, two military pilots were asked by Barajas airport to take Delcy’s plane after landing in Madrid, even though he did not authorize it.
These two ministers are joined by Minister Montero’s Chief of Staff, because, according to the alleged achiever of the plot, he would have accepted an envelope with 25,000 euros in exchange for expediting a postponement for a company.
Also cited is the businesswoman who claims to have taken bags with 90,000 euros to Ferraz, Carmen Pano, and the former State Attorney General and former Minister of Justice, Dolores Delgado.
These appearances are joined by Esther Álvarez, the sister of the advisor at Moncloa who allegedly requested funds from the Reale insurance company to finance the master’s degree that Begoña Gómez co-directed; the president of Aena, Maurici Lucena; Teresa Ribera’s Chief of Staff in 2020, Borja Salvador; the financial director of the Post Office in 2020; Aldama’s ex-girlfriend Leonor María González or his partner, Luis Alberto Escolano, among others.
