Manuel Tamayo-Torres was arrested Monday in California after the video was posted online. In the video, he threatened to kill the president-elect of , and members of his family, as reported by American media.
Citing court documents, ABC 7 TV reported that the suspect posted several videos in recent months on Facebook, including one in which he is seen holding an AR-15-style rifle with a 30-round magazine.
The court documents do not name Donald Trump, who is referred to as “Individual 1,” a term often used in such documents to refer to a public figure.
Last Thursday, according to an ABC 7 report, Tamayo-Torres said in a video posted on Facebook: “(Person 1) you will die. (Person 1), your son will die. Your whole family will die, (Person 1). This is the reality for you. This is the only reality you will know in the future, (Person 1), death».
Among other things, Tamayo-Torres claims in a video that “Person 1” kidnapped and forced his children into prostitution, ABC 7 reports.
