Will Bastos play against Atlético-MG?
Bastos felt the back of his left thigh ten minutes into the first half against Palmeiras. An imaging test carried out this Wednesday (11/27) in São Paulo showed an injury to the thigh, according to the “ESPN” channel.
According to the broadcaster, the expectation of being able to count on the defender in the Libertadores final is “small”.
Botafogo did not provide details about the problem, but a grade 1 muscle injury in the thigh usually takes athletes out of combat for one to two weeks.
How was the problem with Bastos?
Bastos was injured during Palmeiras’ attack. Marcos Rocha crossed from the right to Rony and Bastos tried to cut it, but he made a mistake and caught his foot on the grass. The defender was substituted a minute later.
