Contact between them occurred through social media, and the meeting was scheduled for the day of the surgery. During the procedure, Paloma suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was called, but, unfortunately, she arrived at Tatuapé Municipal Hospital without vital signs. The preliminary investigation points to a pulmonary embolism as the likely cause of death.

oThe case was registered as a suspicious death and is under investigation at the 31st Police District, located in Vila Carrão. Police authorities are trying to locate the doctor so that he can be interviewed about the details of what happened. Caetano’s lawyer stated that he is willing to collaborate and provide all the necessary information to clarify the situation.
