In order for this to succeed, the creditors must accept a restructuring plan for the company, which still has 3,600 employees and recently reported record sales. “It won’t work without the owner making his contribution,” says KSV expert Karl-Heinz Götze in an APA interview on the question of what is necessary for the plan to be accepted.
