Three deputies have already shown interest in competing for the party’s nomination to occupy a space on the Board of Directors of the Chamber in the next biennium.
According to the agreement signed with (Republicanos-PB), the favorite name to succeed (PP-AL) in the presidency of the Chamber, the PP will be entitled to the second vice-presidency.
Deputies Vicentinho Júnior (TO), Marx Beltrão (AL) and Lula da Fonte (PE) have already indicated that they would like to occupy this seat.
If chosen, Lula da Fonte will be the fourth member of his family to serve as the second vice-presidency of the Chamber. The post was occupied by his father, also congressman Eduardo da Fonte, his grandfather Carlos Wilson and his great-grandfather Wilson Campos.
