Trump names son-in-law’s father as Middle East advisor

Massad Boulos, Lebanese billionaire and father-in-law of Tiffany Trump, has experience in the business sector

The president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump (Republican Party), this Sunday (Dec 1, 2024) will appoint Lebanese-American businessman Massad Boulos as senior advisor for Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs. He is the father of Michael Boulos, husband of the Republican’s daughter.

Massad Boulos is a lawyer and has met frequently with Arab-American and Muslim leaders in previous election campaigns. He also has experience in the business sector. He will participate in discussions on United States foreign policy in relation to the Middle East.

The announcement was made by Trump through a post on his social network. According to the president-elect, “Massad is a talented lawyer and a highly respected leader in the business world, with extensive experience on the international stage”.

“He has been a longtime supporter of Republican and conservative values, an asset to my campaign, and has been instrumental in building tremendous new coalitions with the Arab-American community. Massad is a negotiator and an unwavering supporter of PEACE in the Middle East. He will be a strong defender of the United States and its interests, and I am pleased to have him on our team!”he wrote.

FATHER OF ANOTHER SON-IN-LAW WILL BE AMBASSADOR

Donald Trump also Charles Kushner as United States ambassador to France. Charles is the father of Jared Kushner, who is married to his other daughter.

“I am pleased to nominate Charles Kushner of New Jersey to the position of U.S. Ambassador to France. He is an extraordinary business leader, philanthropist and negotiator, who will vigorously defend the interests of our country,” Trump.

Charles founded and chairs , one of the largest private real estate companies in the US. He was named New Jersey Businessman of the Year by and held prominent positions such as commissioner and chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He has served on the boards of directors of important institutions such as (New York University).
