The Attorney General’s Office (AGU) plans to file a motion for clarification to request clarification on the minister’s recent decision of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), which authorized the payment of parliamentary amendments. The investigation is from the CNN analyst.
Dino’s decision, endorsed by the majority of STF ministers, generated controversy by imposing requirements not foreseen in the project approved by the National Congress. Among the requirements are the identification of the author of the amendment, presentation of a work plan and, in the case of bench amendments, approval by the General Comptroller of the Union.
