A drunk Portuguese driver left his car stuck on the stairs of Monte da Guía, in Vigo, in the early hours of last Sunday, as reported by TV Galicia. The man, apparently disoriented, went to the stairs at the top of the hill, where the vehicle, a Volkswagen Passat, was immobilized.
The Vigo Local Police were called to the scene and performed a blood alcohol test on the driver, which registered 1 mg/L, four times above the limit allowed by law. Despite the unusual situation, the driver was not injured.
