On Sunday, December 1, the popular singer Milan Hrčka died at the age of 63. The news of his death was confirmed by the city of Kežmarok. The singer also won the Karol Duchoň Award for his career.

Milan was not only an exceptional musician, but also a person who left an indelible mark in our hearts. His songs will be heard forever, as a reminder of his passion for music and life. Sincere condolences to the family and loved ones. Rest in peace, Milan,” the city management wrote.

Musician Otto Weiter (69), who even worked with him, also sent him a message to heaven. “Oh Milanka. Rest in peace. They are rejoicing in heaven. A person with a beautiful heart and a beautiful voice comes to him. May God give strength to the whole grieving family,” gave him heartbreaking words.
