He continues at the Specialized Criminal Court (ŠTS) in Pezinok process with bankruptcy lawyer Zoroslav Kollár and co. concerning the case of influencing court decisions and corruption. Documentary evidence is read. One witness is to testify.
The indictment was filed for the crimes of interfering with the independence of the courts and bribery. It includes 11 acts which mainly concern the former judge of the Regional Court in Bratislava, Richard M.
According to the indictment, he promised and handed over a bribe to the judge of the then District Court Bratislava I, VS, in several cases. It was supposed to be about influencing decisions that mainly related to auditions. According to the indictment, bankruptcy lawyer Zoroslav Kollár was supposed to participate in one meeting, the purpose of which was to influence the court’s decision. According to the indictment, attorney Tomáš K. was supposed to prepare a judgment for VS.
