In a statement made this Monday (2) on his own social network, Trump stated that, if the hostages are not released by January 20, 2025, the date on which he assumes the presidency, Hamas “will pay dearly”. The message was clear and direct, promising that those responsible will be hit “harder than anyone in the long and legendary history of the United States.”
