The good news for many people is that dumplings can be frozen raw, right after making them. This is the simplest method that does not require much work from us. Just make sure the dough isn’t too sticky, through Coating the dumplings in flour. After a few hours, you can take them out and put them in an airtight bag so that they take up less space in the drawer.

The prepared dumplings can be frozen after cooking. However, this technique is not the best. They are often present after frostbite. However, it is worth using it if, for example, we have dumplings left after dinner. This is certainly more beneficial than getting rid of them.

Place the cooked dumplings a short distance apart so that they do not stick together cover with foil to protect them from drying out. Once prepared, put them in the freezer. They can last in good condition for about four weeks – then their structure may change.

Cooked frozen dumplings can be immersed in boiling water before serving. However, a much more advantageous technique will be throwing them straight into the pan. Fried ones will definitely be tastier.

If we want to be sure that the previously prepared dumplings will taste perfect on the Christmas Eve table, the best way is to freeze them after blanching. This is a proven way to and a perfect stuffing with no excess water. Simply immerse the prepared dumplings in boiling salted water for about 30 seconds. After this time, we take them out and put them on a board or tray. Sprinkle them with flour or pour a little oil over them. Let them cool down and then put them in the freezer. After just a few hours, you can take them out, put them in bags and put them back in the freezer.

Before serving, simply cook them in salted boiling water. When they float, you can take them out after a minute and enjoy their delicious taste.
