However, if we take a closer look, we can easily see the differences. Rainbow trout has a number of properties that have a beneficial effect on health, and is also very tasty. It is perfect for everyday dinners and for special occasions, such as the upcoming Christmas season.

This fish is a predator, usually found in waters near North America, and is currently bred in various parts of the world. It is worth mentioning that there are numerous trout farms in Poland where you can buy good quality fish. Rainbow trout it has a laterally flattened, elongated body, its scales are blue-gray, and a reddish line can be observed on the side of the fish. It usually reaches a length of between 40 and 60 cm and a weight of about 5 kg. It has tasty, tender and not too fatty meat, which is characterized by a high content of nutrients.

Place the fish in an ovenproof dish and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on the size of the fish.

Then stuff them butter mixed with pressed garlic and chopped dill. 2-3 teaspoons per fish is enough. Also add 2-3 lemon slices inside. Wrap the trout in foil and leave in the fridge for an hour. After this time, remove the fish, remove the lemon slices and coat the fish in flour. Heat the pan well, add clarified butter and fry the fish until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
