showed that the company Vespa Boutique Scooter do Brasil was selling Vespa brand motorcycles without authorization from Piaggio, after losing the case at the International Arbitration Court in France.
The action that will be judged this Wednesday was presented by Piaggio and requests the approval of the international court’s sentence. In the decision, the court declared the ineffectiveness of the legal transaction signed between the Italian group and the investment and holding company. The company was also ordered to refrain from promoting, distributing, advertising and marketing any product manufactured by Piaggio.
