Preparing apple cider vinegar according to grandma’s home recipe is not complicated. This usually takes about 5 weeks. To make it yourself, you will only need three cheap ingredients.
You need to prepare:
- apples – 1 kg
- water – 1 liter
- sugar/honey – 5 tablespoons
Wash the apples and cut them into small pieces, including the skin. Put the fruit into a large jar and pour it with lukewarm water and sugar or honey (the apples must be under the surface of the water to prevent mold from forming).
