According to the Supreme Court decision: Tojner will not receive any compensation from Burgenland

Investor Michael Tojner has now finally lost his dispute with the state of Burgenland over compensation, which took place before the Eisenstadt regional court. On November 19, the Supreme Court (OGH) rejected Tojner’s appeal against a corresponding decision by the Vienna Higher Regional Court (OLG). The Senate of Judges did not allow Tojner’s appeal. This means that Tojner is not entitled to any compensation from Burgenland; Ultimately it was about 103,295.20 euros.
